Being Fearless

Being, is our natural state; emotions are what alter that state. Whatever we feel at a present moment, whether it’s joy, happiness, sadness or anxiety;  are all emotions, that we can control, once we learn how. When we realize that emotions are triggered by the way our brains process certain situations, we then understand that emotions are completely controllable, and they should not under any reason be able to control us.

Fear is a byproduct of the ignorance of human beings towards the Universe and their higher selves. Fear, anxiety, stress, anguish… are all contaminants, toxic to our health. Unfortunately, many of us experience these feelings too often, throughout our daily lives. This is why mastery over our emotions is extremely important and necessary.

When we learn to let go of fear, when we learn to live in the present moment, when we stop worrying about the future, and when we finally understand that there’s a plan for all of us; we only then start to live. We start being, we start to become aware of ourselves and we start to awaken ourselves spiritually.

So I quote a great master that once visited Earth, once again,
“Once you realize how perfect everything is, you will tilt your head back at the sky and laugh”
